Standard Shipping

  • PNQ Processing Time: 1–3 business days*

  • USPS Transit Time: 3–4 business days

  • Cost: $15.00

*Due to size and weight, an additional $10 shipping fee is automatically added to all batting orders.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier. Piece N Quilt is not responsible for delays once packages are in transit.


Military (APO/DPO) Shipping

We are honored to serve our military customers 🇺🇸

  • Only Standard Shipping is available for APO/DPO addresses

  • Packages must pass through a U.S. military post office before leaving the country, which may extend delivery time

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

International delivery times vary widely and are not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Customs processing may also cause delivery delays beyond our control.


Returns & Cancellations

Important — Contact Us First

Before requesting a return or cancellation, you must first contact our team via the website chat at:

This allows us to verify eligibility and provide proper return or cancellation instructions.


Physical Product Returns

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in like-new condition

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer

  • All returns must include:

    • Order receipt or order number

    • Full name

    • Email address

    • Shipping address

    • Phone number

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Any item purchased using a sale or discount code

  • Patterns and books (due to copyright law)

  • Digital products

  • Used items

  • Items with smoke odor or missing original packaging

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Store credit is issued after the return is received and inspected.

Refunds or credits for refused, unclaimed, or abandoned packages are issued at our discretion.


Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for replacement, reshipment, or refund.

Damaged Items:
Please contact support@piecenquilt.com and include photos of the damage. When available, an identical replacement will be sent. If unavailable, a comparable replacement will be provided at our discretion.

Subscriptions & Digital Products (Very Important)

PNQ Academy & PNQ Unlimited Subscriptions

  • PNQ Academy and PNQ Unlimited are recurring monthly or yearly subscriptions

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time

  • To cancel:

    1. Log in to your classroom dashboard

    2. Navigate to My Account

    3. Select Billing

    4. Complete the cancellation

  • Access remains active through the end of the current billing period

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable

  • Failure to cancel prior to renewal does not qualify for a refund


Classes, Digital Content & Memberships

  • All classes, digital products, downloads, and memberships are non-refundable

  • No physical books are included with subscriptions unless explicitly stated on the product page

  • Due to copyright law, digital content may not be returned, refunded, exchanged, copied, or shared


Additional Legal Information

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Piece N Quilt is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Force Majeure

Piece N Quilt is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs delays, or governmental actions.

Policy Changes

Piece N Quilt reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Policies in effect at the time of purchase apply to that order.
