Standard Shipping

  • Cost: $10.00
    • *$10 shipping is added to all batting orders.

Once your package is packed in our warehouse, it is handed off to USPS for delivery according to the selected speed.

Military Shipping

We are honored to serve our military customers. Please note that packages sent to overseas APO or DPO addresses must go through a military U.S. post office before leaving the country. Only our standard shipping can deliver to these addresses. Thank you for your service!

International Rates

We like to keep international shipping simple. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on item weight and size.

  • *Due to weight and size, a $10 fee is added to all Let's Stitch A Block A Day books and a $20 fee is added to all batting orders.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Occasionally, international customers may need to pay extra fees for customs, duties, and taxes. These extra fees vary widely from country to country. We recommend researching the policies specific to your country. Customs clearance procedures can cause delays, increasing the time it takes for your order to arrive. Although duties and customs are beyond our control, we sympathize with those who experience them.

Returns

Our products may be returned for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase, provided they are unopened and in like-new condition. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. All returns must include a copy of the receipt, your email address, shipping address, and phone number. All purchases with a sale or discount code are final sale. Thank you for understanding!

Damaged Goods

If you receive damaged items, we will replace them at no additional cost. Please email support@piecenquilt.com. An identical (when available) replacement item will be sent. If an item is no longer available, we will do our best to replace it with a similar item.

We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied! We have a 30-day return policy for items you are not satisfied with. Please contact us before returning an item for additional instructions to expedite your return process.

If a product in your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing, please contact customer service within 30 days of receipt to make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot replace, reship, or refund if we are not notified within 30 days.

Piece N Quilt Academy classes and membership fees are non-refundable, and sale items may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.

Refunds will be issued once returns are received and processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds for refused or abandoned packages will be at our discretion.

All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Returns with a smoke odor will not be refunded. Used items are not eligible for return.

Returns of Products with Manufacturer Warranties

For products with a Manufacturer Warranty, please follow the instructions included with your warranty for repair or replacement. We cannot accept returns of damaged or malfunctioning warrantied products.

Subscriptions

By enrolling in PNQ Academy or PNQ Unlimited, you are agreeing to a monthly or yearly recurring subscription. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Enrollees must log in to their classroom dashboard, then click on Billing to cancel subscriptions.
