In this free class, you’ll quilt your way through nine brand-new machine quilting designs, created specifically for classic 9 Patch quilt blocks using Natalia’s machine quilting rulers. Each video is taught in Natalia’s signature real-time, step-by-step style, so you can follow along, understand the quilting path, and build confidence at your machine.

This class is designed to help you become more comfortable using rulers while also encouraging creativity. There are no rules—use each design as a foundation, then make it your own.

Whether you’re just getting started with ruler quilting or looking to refine your skills, this stitch-along will help you build control, confidence, and consistency with every block.

Class Details

This class begins on September 7, 2026.

  • Videos will be released daily over the course of 9 days

  • New videos are released each day at 5:00 AM Mountain Time

  • You can stitch along as the videos release or quilt at your own pace

  • Once videos are released, they are available to you forever

  • Bonus videos will be available in the Classroom Dashboard prior to the class launch

The Companion Design Workbook includes QR codes that link directly to each video, allowing you to easily access and revisit every design at any time after release.

Getting started is simple, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Step 1: Enroll

Sign up right here on our website. This is our main store.

Step 2: Access Your Classroom Dashboard

After checkout, we’ll automatically create your account and send you an email with a link to set up your password.

Think of the Classroom Dashboard like walking into your favorite quilt shop classroom—this is where all your videos and class content live.

Once your password is set, you can log in anytime to access your class.

How to Log In

  • Visit our website

  • Click “Classroom Dashboard” at the top of the page

  • On mobile, click the three lines and select Classroom Dashboard

  • Log in using the same email address you used at enrollment

This is very important—your email address is your key to accessing your class.

Class Schedule

The class officially begins on September 7 at 5:00 AM Mountain Time.

  • Lesson #1 will be released at that time

  • A new lesson will be released daily for 9 days, all at 5:00 AM Mountain Time

  • Each video will be added directly to your Classroom Dashboard

You can quilt along each day or go at your own pace.

Once videos are released, they are available to you forever.

Before the Class Begins

A few weeks before the class starts, Natalia will begin releasing bonus videos in the Classroom Dashboard.

About the Quilt

Natalia will be quilting on a 50" x 60" panel from Honest Fabrics.

If you’d like to follow along exactly, we recommend using the same size.

The Companion Design Workbook also includes a piecing pattern if you prefer to create your own quilt top.

Machine Setup Tips

Longarm Quilters

You can:

  • Load your quilt before the class begins

  • Start with the top border

  • Or load your quilt upside down and quilt bonus blocks first

Natalia quilts from top to bottom, left to right, beginning with the feather border.

She is using two layers of batting for added texture and loft—this is optional.

Sit-Down / Domestic Quilters

You may want to:

  • Baste your quilt first

  • Quilt sashing, borders, and bonus blocks

  • Then quilt the 9 main blocks as lessons are released

Skill Level

This class is designed for quilters with a basic understanding of free-motion quilting and machine quilting with rulers.

You will need a domestic machine or longarm equipped with a ruler foot and ruler base to safely and accurately quilt with rulers.
